Boarding Requirements

Anis Pet House is delighted to welcome healthy cats who have the necessary up-to-date vaccines and parasite control. The well-being and safety of your cats is our top priority.

As part of our effort to keep everyone's kitty safe from contagious diseases during their stay, we will require proof of their current vaccinations and flea treatments. Cat parents must also understood and signed the boarding agreement.

Owners must provide evidence (including product name and date of application/treatment) that their cat has been given as follows:

1. FEVLP vaccinations (updated)

2. Flea treatment within the past month

3. Fleas & Ticks

We ask that you be very sure that your cats are flea-free upon arrival to minimāo. As part of the check-in process, all cats are examined for external parasites or infections prior to boarding. If flea treatment has expired, a flea drop will be administered by us at our hotel.

This helps us to maintain a healthy environment for all our cats. If there are evidence of fleas, ticks or ear-mites found during examination or while your cat is a guest, they will be treated accordingly, at your expense.

4.Ringworm

If your cats are found with ringworm disease, we strictly unable to accept them during check-ins as it is a highly contagious skin disease that may affect other feline guests well-being.

Hotel Policies

We reserve the right to refuse or decline to accept a cat at check in for any reason including (but not limited to) if it appears to us that the cat is sick, injured, in pain or that its behavior could jeopardise the health or safety of other cats or our staffs.

If your cat has a medical condition or is on any medication please see staff so they can evaluate the cat's condition. Certain cats' medical conditions or disabilities may render them unsuitable for stay at our facility.

We strictly do not accept cats who are non-compliant with our general boarding requirements.
