1. Do you board dogs too?
No, we ONLY provide boarding for cats.
2. Do you allow hotel viewing?
Yes, however hotel viewing is strictly by appointment only. Kindly contact us to make an appointment.
3. What can we expect upon arrival?
Your cats will be physically checked by our trained staff prior to check-in. Please bring your cats' healthcare card together for us to review. If your cats are not up-to-date with their flea prevention, we provide these services upon check in with an additional charge.
If any of the cats are found with existing ticks or fleas during check in, they will be treated instantly with tick treatment and bath. Flea treatment cost will be borne by owner. Cats will be allowed into the hotel rooms only when all the external pests are completely removed.
We will also take a few minutes to answer any questions you have, confirm any additional service requests, and help you to fill in your forms.
Our goal is to provide your cats a comfortable and safe stay.
4. What are the terms of stay?
Before preparing your cats for their stay, please ensure that they are compliant with our general boarding rules especially vaccination and health conditions. We regret that any cats that are found to be unsuitable for our cat boarding will be rejected at check-in.
5. What should we bring for boarding?
It is recommended for you to bring your own cat food as to avoid any gastrointestinal issues such as vomiting and diarrhea. Bring proof of up-to-date vaccinations, and make sure cat is in healthy conditions. You may bring your cat's own toys, blankets or furniture, as long as it is clean and can fit into their rooms.
6. How do we transport our cats?
Kindly bring your cats in CLEAN and SECURE cat carriers to our facility.
7. Can I send or pick up my cat anytime?
Check ins and check-outs time are available during our open hours only. It is recommended to book for appointment first through our website.
8. What do the boarding package includes?
Our accommodations includes premium cat food, boarding space, play-time sessions, cat dishes, litter. Treats is provided with additional charges and owner's permission.
9. Do you offer discounts?
We do have special rates for our VIP members and long-stay boarding.
10. What types of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, QRPay and bank transfer.
